Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the v-proxies proxy network, dashboard, API, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by v-proxies ("we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account, making a purchase, or accessing the Service in any way, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

v-proxies provides access to a network of residential, mobile, and datacenter proxy IP addresses. The Service allows customers to route HTTP and HTTPS traffic through our gateway endpoints using standard proxy authentication (username/password or IP allowlisting).

The Service is provided on a pay-as-you-go or subscription basis:

• Pay-as-you-go: customers top up a balance and are charged per gigabyte (GB) of bandwidth consumed. Unused balance does not expire.
• Subscription plans: customers pay a monthly fee that includes a GB allowance. Overages are billed at the plan's per-GB rate at the end of each billing cycle.
• Unused GB allowance from a subscription does not roll over to the next billing period.

To access the Service you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Notifying us immediately at support@v-proxies.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Ensuring all information provided to us remains accurate and up to date.

Accounts are non-transferable. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, refund policies, or account bans is prohibited and will result in termination of all associated accounts.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service in a manner that:

• Complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Does not violate the terms of service of any site or service you access through the proxy.
• Does not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or third-party systems.
• Respects the intellectual property and privacy rights of others.
• Does not involve automated mass account creation on third-party platforms in violation of their terms.

• Accessing or attempting to access systems, networks, or data without authorisation (hacking, cracking, or any form of unauthorised access).
• Distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious code.
• Conducting denial-of-service (DoS or DDoS) attacks, port scanning at scale, or network enumeration attacks.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), SMS, or other unsolicited commercial communications.
• Hosting, distributing, or transmitting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors.
• Engaging in human trafficking, facilitating terrorism, or any other activity that is illegal in the jurisdictions where we or you operate.
• Circumventing fraud detection systems, executing card testing, or facilitating payment fraud.
• Credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, or any automated activity designed to compromise third-party accounts.
• Reselling or sub-licensing access to the Service without our prior written consent.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or tamper with the Service infrastructure.

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether activity constitutes a violation of this section and to take action accordingly, including immediate suspension without notice.

Billing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing payment information you authorise us to charge your payment method for all amounts due.

Pay-as-you-go top-ups

• Top-up purchases are charged immediately.
• Top-up balance is credited to your account upon successful payment.
• Balance does not expire and carries over indefinitely.

Subscription plans

• Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle.
• Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing.
• Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no further charges are made.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will retry up to three times over seven days. Persistent payment failure will result in service suspension. You remain liable for all outstanding amounts.

Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and levies imposed by your jurisdiction. Where required by law, we will collect and remit taxes on your behalf.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the proxy gateway, measured across all pools. Uptime is published in real time at status.v-proxies.com.

Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 24 hours in advance and are excluded from uptime calculations. Our sole remedy for uptime SLA failures is a service credit equal to the proportional cost of the downtime period, applied to your account balance.

We do not guarantee specific success rates for any particular target site or service. Proxy success rates vary based on target-site defences, geographic availability, and pool health.

The Service, including all software, documentation, trademarks, and content produced by v-proxies, is owned by v-proxies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

You retain all rights to the data you transmit through the Service. You grant v-proxies a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely as necessary to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• That any particular target site or service will be accessible through our proxies.
• The accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information obtained through the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, v-proxies SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO v-PROXIES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless v-proxies, its directors, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Any content or data you transmit through the Service.

Termination by you

You may close your account at any time via the dashboard or by emailing support@v-proxies.com. Closure takes effect immediately. Any remaining subscription period or top-up balance will be handled per our Refund Policy.

Termination by us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms, particularly the Prohibited Activities section.
• Providing false registration information.
• Non-payment of amounts due.
• Any activity that exposes us or third parties to legal liability.
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for 24+ months).

Accounts terminated for Terms violations are not eligible for refunds. Accounts closed for non-violation reasons (e.g., inactivity) will have remaining balance refunded per our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration on a per-claim basis. Class action waiver: you waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against v-proxies.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property infringement or breach of confidentiality.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on file at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you object to any changes, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service and close your account before the effective date.
