What is the difference between top-up credits and a monthly plan?
Top-up credits are one-time purchases — buy any amount, use it whenever, they never expire. Monthly plans charge a fixed amount each billing cycle and automatically add GB to your account. Both types of balance can be used together.
Do unused GB roll over?
Yes. Monthly plan GB is added on top of your existing balance, so anything unused carries forward into the next month — it never disappears.
Can I mix top-ups with a subscription?
Absolutely. Your top-up credits and subscription GB share the same balance. Subscribe for a baseline, then top up whenever you need a burst.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime from the billing page. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes via the Stripe billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What counts as a GB?
Egress bytes through the proxy gateway. Headers and tunnel overhead are not counted.
